nice hotel, made us an early check in without extra charge. The room is spacious, cleaned twice a day. At first they forgot to put one more set of accessories, but apologized and within 10 minutes brought. Friendly staff, breakfasts are always the same. The problems were with the shower, constantly stood a lot of water, it was necessary to wipe.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
The response to complaints about broken, dirty and missing furniture, overflowing shower water, dirty bed sheets, malfunctioning safe boxes, sour puss receptionist, broken minibar fridges, bugs, dirty windows, broken tissue dispenser, tobacco stench, low water pressure in bathroom sink faucet, broken ventilation system fans, broken bedroom AC (hot setting), phone that can't dial out and the stinky sewage smell that comes out of all drains is NON EXISTENT!!!

Great little place in the heart of Beirut. I would recommend the suite hotel rooms, not the basic hotel rooms. Spacious studio setup. The staff are friendly a day the concierge goes above and beyond for you.
Parking at the rear, if you lock someone, simply leave the car key at the reception counter. Walking distance to the Rouche, pharmacy, petite Cafe, beach walks and 15 minutes drive from the airport.
Beds are comfortable and can't go wrong with the price. Wifi is very slow for business purposes but ok for basics like whatsapp. Not Netflix or YouTube.

professional staff.The staff was friendly caring and provided us with a great and fast service. i had an upgrade on the spot after suggesting a bigger room.Rooms are very clean and well structured, especially the same genre of room 701( not sure what was the type of room after the upgrade). Free big parking/safe. the kitchinette and bathrooms are good.
