Despite being extremely well located, this center hasn't met its expectations. For some reason place it isn't quite busy, and apparently not all permises are occupied. We can feel lack of maintenance as soon as we get in. Mechanical stairs aren't working. Two oldish lifts have to serve nine floors.
Nevertheless a small step is needed to make this place shiny again. New paint and repair of the mechanical steps might make this place a lot better, and help making this center live again.
