Great food with a gorgeous view overlooking Beirut, perfect for those looking for those a rooftop summer experience with good food. They can be strict at the door if you don't have a reservation and if you don't have a female presence in your group.

Used to be a good place but is not anymore!
Security is impolite to say the least at the entrance even with a reservation !!!!
Sitting at the bar is even worst where the bar tender is too busy to take your order because he has better things to do talking to his buddies or is plainly rude trying to drive you off because there is a reservation where in fact it is you who has made this reservation.
What’s even worse, is talking to management and complaining doesn’t get you anywhere, not even a phone call back from someone in charge to apologize!
I regretfully talked to one of the owners(or partner) who proudly bragged about management having a “tough” policy at the entrance, as if when you treat people with disrespect they have a tendency to come back more often !!!!
    Seriously !!!
I guess we have a LOT to learn from our American friends where you can walk into a prestigious casino in LAS VEGAS, unchecked with slippers, gamble on a slot machine with ONE CENT LITTERALLY and walk out like a KING !!!

Nice view, decent crowd and great music. Gin basil was refreshing and well prepared. Price is on the high end considering the bill was 60 US for 4 drinks including a 10% tip. Is it worth it? Not often!

Good food, good service, wide music spectrum depending on the evening of the week. Great view from the outdoor seating on rooftop.

I would request from Zomato to add 0 as rating or -5 for similar places that do not deserve to be in the same field as outlets who strike to have customers' satisfaction. The view is nothing compared to other rooftops to make me tolerate all what happened.

The only positive thing was the lady operator, i called to reserve for two: she was decent and said to try to be early to book a spot at the bar since no reservation needed and in the worse case she will manage to find us a spot.

And the journey of customer's humiliation started from the security at the entrance: he asked if we have reservation so i repeated what the operator said, he was like what if there are no places left, and again i told him the operator ensured she can manage that, of course i was a bit irritated to be questioned at the door as if i am invading a private party without invitation.
so he finally allowed us in the elevator, once on the 9th floor, the receptionist escorted us to the bar, only one chair was available (we cant apparently be seated on tables if we were only two!) so i asked if we can "borrow" a chair from the nearby EMPTY tables, the waiter held it and said , but you have to give it back: seriously i was like of course. then we were seated finally and a cheap peanut bowl landed infront of us, and we waited for more then 15 min, with waiters passing around us none thought of giving us a menu, after that we asked for one, we picked the red fruit salad and the icecream: it says THREE scoops. we struggled to get any waiter's attention, till one responded on the bar, we told him what we want and my friend wanted a drink, so he called upon his colleague, they were whispering to discuss that we ordered desserts yet we still want drinks until he had mercy on us and came to ask what sort, after picking one, he came back and asked what did we order?so again we repeated the order. After waiting another 20 minutes, my friend was served the salad, and i was served TWO scoops of melting icecream, no need to say without the spoons and no tissue and the strawberry drink came with the order too, so i asked are those THREE scoops, the bartender answered yes this is how we serve them so i said that in the menu it says THREE, he answered no TWO, but then he went to ask another person and they were lost till they read THEIR menu and told me yes you can still have one scoop, excuse meeeeeeeeeee it is not charity?! and no one thought of taking my order to add the other scoop, instead he just stared i was like so can i have the third scoop, another moment of staring till i was really pissed off, he then asked me AGAIN yes again if i want him to take the order and add, so i said yesss i was not understanding why he even needs to ask?! so finally it went into his system and later they got me the poorly presented but at least not melting three scoops. so i said thank you, and while walking away the RUDE waiter says yes you are welcome you should say thank you! yes believe it, i was like seriously i did say thank you, he was like no u didn't, then i was by then more then nervous, if there was any rude person it s not me, i have manners and i did thank him, so eventually his colleague kind of gave him the look, so he came back and said oh i am teasing you, i was like it is not even a way, i am well raised an i did thank you whether you heard it or not. at the bar there was this sort of manager not a waiter nor a bartender, whoever he was he didn't interact though all scenes were infront of him.

I would never put a foot back there.

Nice classy lounge style bar and restaurant. Located in A class downtown district. Roof top located so the views are amazing specially at night. Can tend to be a little pricey

Gets very crowded so book ahead. Older crowd. Music is very loud as expected for a Beirut rooftop.

This is arguably the most overrated rooftop in Beirut. The service is very slow, it takes forever to get a drink even for something simple like a Vodka or glass of wine.
