Gentle, smiling and welcoming personnel. They do their best to find you the best price for your destination. If reservation was not available when you are there, they will continue trying to find you a place even after you leave. Once you start dealing with them and they start to know you, they will allow you to do business with them by phone. Prices may be a little bit higher than what you can get online, but they are cheaper than other travel agencies.
