This is your typical service facility at a major dealership and, as such, it does not try to be better than similar establishments in Lebanon. Car dealership service centers in Lebanon share many problems such as overpriced parts and labor costs. Boustany/BUMC, a Toyota and Lexus dealership is not an exception. The most common services are kept at an affordable price to lead customers into thinking that all services are reasonably priced. They are not.

The worst service you could ever possibly find in lebanon. Long story short: Extremely unprofessional, slow but worst of all, they are liars.
Was told when i first got my car that the disks will be covered under warranty but to wait till next revision. Next revision and 10 000km later, they said that no one ever told me the disks are covered under warranty, and since I've driven 10 000km more, that it's due to misuse! Hence i should pay 530$ for the disks only not including the brakes! Never again I'm going to service my car there.

Toyota dealer. Second hand cars are available too. Car service garage with genuine spare parts, Moderated prices , helpful staff. You can’t find all models of Toyota like tundra and tacoma even spare parts for this type of cars are not available unless they order it and you must wait at least one month to get it.

A very big dealership for several brands like Toyota & GMC. The location is impressive and span across a wide area. Their vehicle selection however is always weird or lacking. You will often visit and find a very limited selection of vehicles and models. The salespeople while professional are far from friendly and the entire experience in uninviting.
