I had a 21 hour day yesterday, which included a full shift at work, followed by a two hour meeting and 4 hours of non stop dancing at a party. I slept for 5 hours then joined the morning Saturday session. I started off completely exhausted and finished off amazingly energized. Much appreciated staff and experience!!

The best place ever for yoga and meditation. Professional instructors, amazing classes they sometimes blend music with the class which is really nice. I used to have lower back pain and with the help of the instructors i now feel great. I recommend everyone to visit.

It's the best yoga experience that you could ever have, genuine, real, professional and caring team. Very rare that you could find this combination in any other studio. a must visit and highly recommended. They have two branches and both are amazing.

A great place to practice yoga.
Classes are taught with great depth and respect to yoga practice.
Teachers are amazing, knowledgeable and conscious about this practice. Most of all, I love the philosophical aspect of teachers especially Aaed. Namaste 🙏
