  It's a shame that this is the dealer for bmw, bad service, completely unprofessional, unfriendly, and expensive, to the extend that you'd this really seriously :is it worth buying a BMW?
  I'd like to add how bad bmw service was today:waited for half an hour just to drop the keys to my brand new BMW x3 (less then 1000km on it) and already stopped 2 times for lack of fuel without giving a single notice on the dashboard, so back my half an hour late where there was only 1 guy handling the claims and the others just talking on the phone and doing nothing while 10 customers were waiting like sheep!! Then I couldn't take it anymore and my voice went like 120db then magically there was an employee who could take my car!!! This is just one of a series of unending bad representation for bmw and I still can't understand how the original bmw company still allows these inapt unprofessional people at Bassoul and Honeine to represent it Long review I know but I've had enough and I assure u this while be my last bmw EVER
