Good selection, however after purchasing a ring a realised a small defect was on the inside of the ring, i stoped by again to have it fixed and the sales person wasn't able to help me as the person that fixes it was not present at the shop. (Very understandable) She didn't apologise nor did she acknowledge the mistake when i showed her the defecr she pretended not to feel it saying it might be to tight in my finger even though it's clearly not the case as she saw that i pulled it off my finger with total ease. I kept asking for solutions (ex. An othe ring differs color she kept saying they dont have any) i also couldn't leave it at the shop due to the fact that i was traveling back to canada on the same day. I am very disappointed in the quality of service after sale.
When i express my feelings to the saleslady all she did was tilt her head no apologies no communication. The owner of the shop should train the people not just to sell, but to also take care of the customers to keep them coming back. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone nor will i purchase something from this shop again.response / report this review -
