The Cordon Bleu chefs, on the night of *the world meat*, were, although the choice of meats was excellent, not to the level of the brand *Cordon Bleu*. The meat has been served very cold. The Headwaiter interfered and offered us a 2010 Hochar. The salads were mediocre. We look forward for the management to elevate the culinary experience.

Nice Hotel with good view on jounieh Bay.
People at reception are very welcoming.
The breakfast is for a 4 star hotel.

Need to work on the guest reception, it is a fantastic place, its seem to me they are in the soft opening period lot of issu need to be organize and coordinate, your are a 5 * established you should behave accordingly

This hotel was very special, the room was with a sea view while the price was very acceptable. The staff are exceptional in there friendliness and the rooms are super clean. Easy access to the highway to Beirut or to the North.

Loved this hotel! The views are spectacular, the service is amazing, all the staff friendly, rooms impeccable and breakfast view on the rooftop is breathtaking. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you are having a good time and comfortable. They have high-speed wifi with great service in the entire hotel (no dead spots.) Was easy to work via VPN. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, and they have a 25m long pool (half Olympic size.) This is my new go-to hotel for every visit to Jounieh. Looking forward to coming back again!
