Toyota is a good car, but the sales men at their showrooms are a big mafia and liars. I bought my Prado in June 2017 for 65k $ (after telling me that the new one will be launched in the 2020) then in September they launched the new Prado for 70k$ and they decreased the price of the model I got.
All this in just 3 months.
If they have told me the truth I would order the new model and wait 3 months and to it. But the target of their sales men is above all considerations.
Now i am driving an old car, 2017 model

Service was ok. One of the staff was not helpful at all. He told us that they don't have the part we wanted but when we asked another officer he got us the part.

I've been a customer of BUMC for 30 months now. I have visited the Verdun and Mkalless locations, the latter much more than the former. I can certainly say that I have been quite satisfied with the services done by both locations. On the administrative level, Mr. Hamed Boutari, service advisor at Mkalless, is a natural public relations young man. He is conscientious and hardworking, persevering and affable, considerate and tactful. He attends to his business with admirable professionalism. On the practically specialized level, Messrs. Tony Aqouri (theater foreman), Joseph Abou Zeid (Manager of Insurance Operations & Customer Service Clerk), and Amjad El-Hakim (technician) have been also so genial and helpful people, each in his own domain. They are dedicated people and know what they are doing.
Unfortunately, I have not had the chance to visit the BMUC Hazmiyeh location yet. The reason could be psychological: maybe they forgot to deliver on their promise to making the GPS navigation system DVD update available to Lexus (and I presume to Toyota) owners in Lebanon by the end of 2014. Maybe 2016 will be a better year and the concerned department of BMUC will deserve a five-star rating.
Inferring from own personal experience, I give five stars to the Mkalless staff (represented by Mr. Hamed Boutari); four to the Verdun staff; and three stars go to the BUMC navigation system department.
