BHV is such a horrible and depressing experience. Staff are completely drained of any motivation. BHV is inconsistent with their products and never have stock. they always try to sell you the product on display. Ridiculous. Only management to blame.

I like this place. I can always find what I’m looking for. Quality is much better than other department store in Lebanon. However, they are not the cheapest around.

Rip off! Everything there is more expensive than other places. And I'm not talking about different brands, but the same exact brands you'd find in other places.

And now they have a new system of shopping anything that is bought from upstairs can't be paid for downstairs! So you need to divide your shopping cart on to two if you plan on shopping at both floors! Or get two shopping carts, or go back and forth twice for every floor! And to top it all off. the top floor only opens after 10AM, like most shops in Lebanon.

Well. at least the bottom floor opens earlier!

This is what happens when Lebanese try to think! They can't come up with anything original and successful!

This branch is nice. There is 2 type of shop Bhv & Monoprix.
Their prices are very high & when they have sales i double my attention because they low their prices only on broken things!
