  Send you to a garage to get windscreen done . Then say no wait 4 days and go to another . Waste of time . Not very organised. Staff very friendly . Very old fashioned system . They need to modernise their systems sort out their problems with communication

  The service provided by Arope is extremely bad. They don't respect their client at all.
  I insured my car at Arope all risks during 3 years for 1600 $ and i never had any accident. Recently i contacted them to renew my insurance all risk. They asked me to repair firstly two very minor damages which cost around 100 $ maximum in order to be able to renew the insurance. If not they will exclude the location of these minor damages for any future repair even if i will have a real accident at these locations.
  They treated me as new client and they didn't take into account that i am their client during 3 years and i paid 1600 $ and received 0$.
  In addition the staff is not helpful and not welcoming.
  
  I passed finally to another company, which is an international company, the staff was very welcoming. I get a better offer and for a lower price.
  
  I don't recommend AROPE at ALL. Extremely bad company and bad staff.

  I have my car insured there. They always tell me that there are exclusions knowing that i have already repaired my car fully previously with covered by them. Need to update your info

  I think it'll be more adequate if I named them gangs
  Because they are not loyal to their customers
  And they don't abide by their promises

  Had my car insured with them. I had a small accident that cost about $100. They fixed it for free as my contract stated but didn't receive a free rent a car while my policy say they should provide one.
