Friendly place, with happy Vets. Good choice of products to please your dog and cat (food items, accessories of all kind) in the shop. Price sligthly above average, but products are of quality, which has a price I guess.

An unprofessional team that lacks knowledge about animal health and safety is giving inaccurate and false results to pet owners.
A wasted doctor examined our kitten and said that she is totally fine. His limited self confidence gave us so much confidence that we had to go to another vet. Apparently the kitten is diagnosed with a virus and she is full of flee. Up until now one can say that the doctor has eyesight problem. However when it comes to giving the 1 kg kitten an anti-worm medications for a 5 kg cat, the problem lies now in hisresponse / report this review -

Professional and speedy care of our pets, that's really all one needs to know. They sell all the products you need, have a big medical staff and you can call on emergencies and they'll be there waiting for you to arrive if it's after opening hours. So in a nutshell it's the complete package. Keep up the good work!

They the things they're supposed to do but they're not professional at all, I took my cat last week there for her second vaccination they did it, but one they didn't take her weight and two they trimmed her nails like I asked but sadly she was barely walking on her left hand for 3 days.
You have something non-critical and in a hurry you can go there, otherwise don't.response / report this review -

Friendly staff and doctors.
Clean environment to assure yor pet's safty.
Services on the phone are available twenty four hours all week.
Affordable prices..
Pet's food and treats and toys and other things are always available.
Pet bathing is available it is fast.. and also you can bath your own pet if you like to.
I always take my dog there and always in touch withthe doctors if it's needed.
An automatic reminder for your pet's shots and vaccines is available and it's realy useful.

the female doctor there told me the cats were okay and have mild diarrhea. didn’t give them shots or prescribe treatment. she didn’t even check their body temp before i told her. took them to another vet the next day, they have parvo ! horrible

I really like the vets there and they care a lot about the animals but I found the price charged for a simple consultation too high. All they did was take the temperature of my dog and ask about the symptoms and they charged me $40.

Opportunists & Exploiters of animal lovers for the sole purpose of monetary benefit.. no Soul! Charging $50 for what's less than $7.. Why? because it's an emergency Why again? because the stray dog was brought in by an animal lover so why not "she seems to be ready to pay $100 to relieve the poor dog of some agony pain" Sad! Breeders breed for money Hospitals exploit those with heart. associations "claiming" to be "for" animals and life, are just there for media exposure and a quick buck by selling out the needy creatures.. and when you call them - if its ever answered - the answer would be "call us when the animal is better to see if we can find it a spot in a shelter"!!
