Stayed in a chalet, not the hotel. Service was medium-bad, clogged bathroom remained unfixed after a 3-days stay; small amount of fireplace wood were provided for the 1st night only, any extra has to be paid for; humidity smell in the bedrooms; heating was turned on for few hours; broken lamp was unfixed; Zero TV channels were provided. The worst part is that the management and staff were informed repeatedly over the stay about these issues, but no one cared.
