As it is truly the most elegant and rich mall in beirut, ABC has 3 branches. each branch holds more than 500 boutique stores, islands stores, restaurants, cinemas and many more. Without forgetting the department store that holds more than 300 exclusive brands for ABC.

This mall is mostly for luxurious and expensive brands. You'll be wasting your time there if you're looking for an affordable shopping experience. It's also very confusing since all shops share the same space so you don't really understand at which shop you are.
Food is good but there are very few available options.

The place has multiple kinds of shops ranging from high-end clothes shops to basic kids clothes shops. The restaurants are amazing and they have Starbucks over there if you are interested.

Great mall.. clean and well-arranged.. thus expensive.. cinema clean and popcorn is delicious.. restaurant serves special tasty lebanese and non lebanese food but still expensive.. toilette clean

I love the place, however they have the worst customer service ever. their employees at the customer service are rude and unprofessional. i wanted to inquire about my cards accumulated points, the lady who assisted me was replying to my questions in an aggressive way and without a clear explanation regarding the missing points from my card, she asked to recheck again at the end of the month. So i sent an email through their website as i was not able to pass in person and i never got a reply i believe this should be addressed quickly so this service would equal the luxurious shopping experience they already provide.

Very neat and prestigious place to shop. The employees, while always smiling, provide terrific customer service. Gives you access to an enormous set of products and items that suit every consumer.
The loyalty cards program is usefull too, especially when you get to the Black Privilege Card, earning free parking as one of the perks.

Baby friendly, there's a feeding room. Toilet stalls are small so you can't bring in the stroller if you have to. I have not seen a disabled toilet, maybe there is one and I missed it. The mall has got everything shops, cafes, restaurants, movie theater and even an outdoor section. Valet parking and self service parking available, but both uncovered.
