Nice bedroom with ensuite bathroom, really close to the city centre. Own by a really nice and kind family. Very good price too!

We spent 6 nights at Sanaphay guesthouse and we loved it! The family that owns it is so lovely and smiling! The bedroom was really nice and spotless, the location is perfect as you are in a very quiet street but just a few minutes walking from the royal palace. Great value compared with many other guest houses or hostels we stopped by! Absolutely recommended!

This guesthouse is wonderful, the lady that welcome you is also very nice. I gave only 1 star to facilities because there were nothing! They provided filtered water when asked and hot water for the morning tea. The internet was also inexistant.
The room are super clean with wooden floor and ceiling. The rooms are on the small side. Hot water in the shower and really comfy bed.

Lovely place, confortable and clean double room in a quiet street for pretty cheap (100 000 kips), though still in the city center. You are 10 minutes from the night market and the main street and there are three nice temples just next door.

Отличный гестхаус. 320 бат за номер с вентилятором. Очень чисто и красиво. Рекомендую. На ресепшн дружелюбная семья, мне очень понравилось. Вай фай правда очень медленный, но самое главное, что он есть!

Great little place! Great value, comfy bed, family owned. The location was nice as well, tucked away in a quiet street, one block away from the main drag of shops and restaurants. Narrow staircase might not work for those with mobility issues. We saw worse for double the cost while scouting nearby guesthouses.
