50000 kip for a very big and clean room ! Very good deal. Staff is very nice.
Terraces are big and lovely view on mountains.
We had little trouble to make the hot water work, it's not that efficient but if you're not too cold it should be okay !
Wifi only in the restaurant. Good food and large choice, confortable place.
We stayed here two nights before and after going to Kong Lor, nice spot 10 minutes by motorbike from Limestone peak point of view for sunset (sunrise there is very nice too !)response / report this review -

Unbelievable good quality/price ratio, welcoming and warm, the cleanest hotel found in laos at the price of a guest house. Restaurant is pretty good, don't miss it if you are on a budget but want some comfort

I stayed for 2 nights, I could have stayed more! It's pretty cheap, rooms are comfortable, and owner is so kind! And, obviously, don't forget to try the restaurant! Just perfect! Sandwich is awesome, so do everything else! It's close to Sala Point of view (7km), great place for sunset.

Un très bon resto et des chambres très confortables après 3 jours de scooter. Il y a même de grandes chambres pour 4 personnes. Ne rater pas le coucher de soleil a 7 km de scooter. Le patron vous expliquera
