  An interesting temple for photographers because it has an active Buddha statue casting workshop and also a high school for young monks. Everyone is very friendly so it is easy to take pictures of all the temple activities.

  Tên của ngôi chùa này theo tiếng Lào có nghĩa là chùa lớn. Nhiều nơi trong chùa này đang được sửa chữa lại, kiến trúc không có gì khác biệt, ngôi chùa này được tham quan nhiều vì cố chủ tịch Cayxon Phonevihan được cho là từng học ở đây, hồi xưa ở Lào đàn ông muốn học chử thì phải vào chùa, phụ nữ thì không được đi học.

  ด้านหน้าวัดมีต้นตาลสูงหลายต้น
  ภาพหลังเป็นแม่น้ำโขง
  และภาพพระอาทิตย์ตกตอนเย็นเหมาะ
  
  คนที่ชอบถ่ายภาพ ควรไปจุดนี้นะครับ
  
  We went there during Songkran (Water) Festival, so the temple was full of local people making merit and the decoration with little flags and flowers.

  We went there during Songkran (Water) Festival, so the temple was full of local people making merit and the decoration with little flags and flowers.
