Reasonably priced, well located, charming guest house in Luangprabang. Typical colonial French/Loation architecture with wrap around porch and breezes through upstairs windows.
1 block to the Mekong River, one block to night market, across the street from Royal Palace, and on the route of monks morning ritual of collecting rice.
Really lovely staff, includes breakfast, A/C, private bathrooms, bottled water every day, and unlimited tea & coffee. Have already extended my stay and will return later this month. Really excellent value.

Wonderful staff, they are very friendly and honest. Also, nice coffee and a decent location. One of the better places to stay where you get value for your money in Luang Prabang.

Lovely stay.
Pro: Clean, bright , comfortable and convenient . Breakfast provided is healthy and tasty.

Nice guesthouse in a great location right by the Mekong river, close to the main street in Luang Prabang where the marketa happen nightly. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small and felt a little cramped but I wouldnt hesitate to recoomend it.

Great location. Right by the royal palace and night market. The rooms are clean and the staff were friendly. They can also book tours for you to Kuangsi and/or Pak Ou caves. My only main issue was that there was no shower curtain to divide the shower and toilet so when you shower, the toilet will get wet. But you are given a few towels so it should be fine.

about 24,500 kip for one night, clean. Aircon is best | ever seen in laos. and good positison. i love this gueshouse!!
