  This is a review for Dale Wright and Vilai Motor. I have had a horrendous experience. Just some vital, safety related points first to get the info out before I give a full review in what will likely be a TLDR post.
  
  The worst part of my experience was receiving my car with one missing lug nut for the front left wheel, and with Dale NOT informing me about it despite knowing that I am going on a 2,500km road trip. This is gross negligence and on a part so vital to the car's safety. He should have at least let me know that one nut was missing but he didn't. Luckily i have checked and bought a new set of lug nuts from another workshop. God knows what would happen if I hadn't checked, or if I don't have sufficient knowledge of cars to know what to check, and drove my car across Thailand.
  
  One of the front right brake caliper clip was rubbing against the brake rotor. The screeching sound was so obvious I wonder how he had missed it and didn't inform me at all. And he drove it all the way from his workshop in Wattay all the way to my office along Thadeau Road. Any mechanic worth his salt would have picked up such obvious screech. Fixed at Quicklane in 5 minutes.
  
  He spotted a nail stuck in the front right tyre when I sent the car in on 9 March. I requested they patch it and he agreed. He delivered the car on 19 April with the nail still inside the tyre. And I had reminded him on 12 April (when I was supposed to collect my car). Tyre was pretty much deflated. And he drove it from his workshop to my office. A few points - one, he can't deliver what he promised; two he doesn't check the car thoroughly, despite saying he will, before delivering, and three, he can't detect driving an almost flat tyre.
  
  I wanted the car on 17 Apr. He delayed it twice. He promised end of 18 Apr but missed yet another promise. And he sent me the following message to explain why waiting another day will be better. He sure knows how to talk. So much for "You've got a very big journey ahead of you and needless to say you don't want any issues but want a nice smooth trip home" and then delivering the car without rectifying or at least informing me of the problems above! The car was sent in to fix a transmission oil leak from my dual clutch gearbox. It is my fault for trusting such an outfit to handle an advanced, modern gearbox. I can't fault him for doing a bad job on the transmission but the above are just unacceptable particularly on the safety related parts of lug nuts and brakes!

  The car is staring and driving but at slow speed there is some juddering.
  
  I really really want to double check things and bring it back in the am.
  
  Rushing things like this means small things can be missed and small things can equal big problems!
  
  Rushing like this we have no time to double check everything.
  
  I propose I sit down and do some research about everything now and return in the am.
  
  I just drive the car from my garage up and down the road a couple of km and all good but at a standstill stop start as you would be in traffic is shaking!
  
  I know your desperate for it back as your going Friday but by rushing it at this last moment to get it back to you regardless we could be shooting ourselves in the foot so to say.
  
  You've got a very big journey ahead of you and needless to say you don't want any issues but want a nice smooth trip home.
  
  There's a lot of videos on YouTube about the power shift gearbox that I'd like to sit and watch, it may need to re learn after being removed and refitted.
  
  I hear there is 3 drain plugs for the oil so I'd like to watch all these videos and do some reading before rushing it back to you tonight."
