[Internet with smart phone not working in Luang Prabang or Vientiane!!!] Sérieusement, c'est la pire connection Internet par cellulaire / smarth phone qu'on a eu en Asie. Pendant les 3 premiers jours, on a eu Internet peut-être une fois sur 10 quand on essayait d'utiliser Google Map ou d'autres applications ; pendant les jours qui ont suivi on ne l'a pas eu une seule fois On a vraiment eu l'impression d'avoir lancé 10$ US dans le vide. -_-
