  The full name of the Center is the UXO Survivor Information Center which is run by the Xirngkhouang Association for the Rehabilitation of the Quality of Life of People with Disabilities and UXO survivors (generally known as the Quality of Life Association or QLA for short). The QLA works with communities to promote inclusion of vulnerable people and families through disability rights activities, proving assistive devices or health care, income generation activities. The USIC provides information on these activities and the shop sells handicrafts produced by people trained by the project.
