Stayed at a double room (50,000 kip/night).. it has a double bed and a twin bed, fan, mosquito net, porch with table and chairs. There is WIFI but it didn't reach my room. It works better at their restaurant. The bathroom was outside, beside my room. There's really no AC anywhere around this area unless you want to pay WAY more money.. it was comfortable at night even with just the fan. The owner speaks very good English. The food is very reasonable (10 to 40,000 kip). I wanted fried pork instead of grilled and he was very accommodating to my request. He even gave me a small fruit platter. The beers and drinks are cold. The Guesthouse itself is within a 1-2 min walk from the waterfalls. You can also walk to the other 2 waterfalls and a small village near Tad Lo waterfall. The owner and his wife was very attentive to my needs. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. What I would suggest is when you first get to the room, kind of shake the bedsheets and pillows, then put the mosquito net on. If you come by motorbike, you can also park it in front of the double room. There's a grocery store within walking distance as well. Oh, the chicken salad sandwich was pretty good.. Stayed 2 nights.. love the atmosphere in this village and seeing cows and piglets in front of the school library..

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer mit gutem Musikgesckmack, leckeres Essen - Pancakes schmecken wie Mama's Pfannenkuchen, sicherer Parkplatz für Motorräder, 50.000 Kip für Bungalow mit Doppelzimmer, großes Badezimmer mit warmer Dusche geteilt zwischen zwei Bungalows, sauber und ruhig mit WLAN.

A nice place in the centre of the village to stay one or two nights. The bungalows are basic, clean and not expensive. The owner running the place is nice too. He speaks good English. Nice restaurant, a good vibe with some jazz music.

A good, cheap and cheerful place in the centre of the village. The bungalows are basic, comfortable, and not expensive, while the restaurant has good food while being a pleasant place to stay in on its own, with refreshingly good music being played (jazz, if I recall correctly). The owners running the place are super nice too, speaking good English and French. It definitely is a good place to stay in for a night or two, after checking a few places around - very good value, considering you get your own bungalow, a bit detached from the noisy common areas. (not so obvious sometimes!)

Very nice guesthouse owned by a lovely family. They have a restaurant at the front, and nice bungalows at the back in their garden. The bungalows are simple, but very nice and clean. We had a bungalow with a double bed for 50000 kip. There is one shared bathroom for only two bungalows, which means that you have a lot of chance to have it for your own. The bathroom is nice and spacious with western toilet and hot shower. We checked several guesthouses in Tad Lo, and Tim Guesthouse is probably one of the best value for money. One important good point is that the beds and blankets are VERY COMFORTABLE and CLEAN compared to the other guesthouse we've visited. Moreover you can park your motorbike behind his house in the safe closed garden. In addition, the owner is very kind and speaks very good English and French. Finally, the restaurant offers very good breakfast and meals for a reasonable price and there is an overall chilled atmosphere with some good jazz musics. We've spent 2 nights there in total and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Maison d'hôte charmante appartenant à une sympa famille. Il y a un restaurant à l'avant, et de mignons petits bungalows à l'arrière dans leur jardin. Les bungalows sont simples, mais très agréables et propres. Nous avons pris un bungalow avec un lit double pour 50000 Kip. Il y a une salle de bain commune pour seulement deux bungalows, ce qui signifie que vous avez beaucoup de chance d'avoir la salle de bain rien que pour vous. La salle de bain est agréable et spacieuse avec une douche chaude. Nous avons visité plusieurs logements dans Tad Lo, et Tim guesthouse est probablement l'un des meilleurs rapport qualité-prix. Un point important est que les lits et les couvertures sont de très bonne qualité et super confortables et propres comparés à d'autres guesthouses que nous avons visité. En outre, vous pouvez garer votre moto derrière sa maison en sécurité dans le jardin clos. En plus le propriétaire est très gentil et parle anglais et français couramment. Enfin, le restaurant propose de très bons petits déjeuners et plats pour un prix raisonnable et il y règne une atmosphère super relax avec du bon jazz en fond sonore. Nous y avons finalement passé 2 nuits et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Tim Guesthouse !
