Try the Sin Dow I think it was called. A combination BBQ and hot pot. You cook yourself. It was great.

A very cozy restaurant with a cool self- barbeque option on the menu.
Too bad the owners children were in charge of the music choice as the same number was repeated over and over.

I enjoyed the mookata. A dashi flavoured broth, I hope they used the Mekong river weed with it.
The portions are small, so ask for the larger portion from the outset and top up from there.response / report this review -

Excellent music, good service & good kitchen. GOOD price. We came here 4 times during our stay 4 nights.

Great BBQ with a selection of meats, veggies and eggs. 40,000 kip for two people, which is some of the best value for a meal in LP. Definitely worth a try!

We had the Lao BBQ which was very tasty. The prices are fair and the quality of the food is great. The location gets crowded in the evenings. Very nice garden atmosphere.

신닷을 즐길수 있는곳! 방비엥에서 먹은 신닷보다는 아쉬웠지만 맛있었습니다. 일단 양이 더 많구요, 야채가 더 싱싱합니다. 고기는 pork로만 시켜서 먹었는데 삼겹이랑 목살? 같은 퍽퍽살이 함께 나옵니다. 퍽살은 정말 퍽살이긴해요. 그래도 야채 듬뿍 적셔서 양념에 같이 먹으면 맛나요! 소스에서 마늘 맛이 많이 납니다. 마늘 싫어하신다면 주의! 4만낍짜리 시키면 남자들은 부족할수 있어요. 2인 기준이라는데 2인 기준이기엔 약간 부족하더라구요. 저는 스티끼라이스 시켜서 죽까지 먹으니까 완벽하게 배불렀습니다! 고기가 더 먹고싶다면 처음부터 7만낍짜리 빅사이즈 드시는걸 추천해요!
