We are not used to leaving such negative comments about places we have stayed, but this time we feel obliged to warn people about this so-called hotel.
The place is filthy, bathroom smelt rotten and the room was swarming with flies and mosquitoes. The matress was hard and directly on a wood panel which completely messed up our backs.
Furthermore, we left our room for 30 minutes to eat breakfast, and on returning our camera of great sentimental value had gone missing from our room (we know for a fact exactly where we left it), funnily enough when the chamber maid was doing the rooms in our area of the hotel. We spoke to the manager, who did absolutely nothing to help us, did not take responsability for what had happened. And feigned he was upset for us, but we could honestly see right through his poor acting skills.
It seems a cheap place to stay, but must be avoided at all costs. There are plenty of other cheap guesthouses of much higher quality in the area.
If we could we would have rated it 0 stars.

Rooms are dirty and there is big cockroachs everywhere in the rooms (including beds)

Actually the outside place looks pretty nice and welcoming. , but if I could I would give 0 stars. We had not the cheapest room they have. It was 80.000kip per night for a double room. But the room was dirty, the walls were full of spatter and the bathroom was also not clean. (You could see the dirt washing away while showering!) And finally we had two of the biggest cockroaches I have seen while traveling in SE-Asia for 8 months in our bathroom. The mattress was sagging and hard like a rock. If it wasn't only for one night and we weren't that tired we would have left the hotel.
