  I cannot recommend! The beef hard and dry like a shoesole. No sauce . French fries horrible. Only the price was "juicy"

  Friendly staff. Good fruit shake. For the food I don't know but probably good. They make barbecue and the smell was excellent.

  We went there based on the good reviews but our experience was disappointing due to the service we received by the lady working there that day. We weren't greeted or acknowledged and the food (which was good) was served with very rude manners. She was clearly annoyed to receive our business rather than just relaxing.

  Great burger, cost is incrementally more than what you'd find at competitors but the quality and freshness is worth it. Best burger I've had in Laos and one I would be satisfied with at home. Few different types of seating, including the comfortable mats and traditional seats and stools. Strong fans and good WiFi.

  Horrible burgers and pizza, I couldn't finish the burger it was so hard and bland like eating charcoal. The pizza tasted like melted plastic melted on top of a cracker with ketchup in the middle.

  I stayed on Don Det for almost two weeks and this place became one of my favorites. Run by a friendly Aussie, Darren, who makes a wide variety of excellent and tasty food from local ingredients. My favorites were the omelet for breakfast and hamburger and pumpkin burger for dinner. Also a good place to chill with some drinks at night.

  a little away from the top end of don det is this relaxing restaurant. Run by an Aussie (who speaks Lao) owner his Laotian wife and their little son its perfect for relaxing along the mekong. they have good western food, burgers, BBQ, baguette sandwich and a great selection of music (60s-00s). thankfully no bob marley
