Good size room, good location, beds large and not uncomfortable however, there is a definite damp problem and we had to air out the room before we could go in.

Good basic and reasonably priced guesthouse that is in a great location close to the main street. The thing that sets this apart from a lot of guesthouses in Luang Prabang is that it is right on the Nam Khan river.
