  Single Room (2 beds), Clean, nice, pleasant. Costs 150 000 Kip. Everything works. Noisy street outside at daytime, but quiet after 1am.

  Friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Modern air-conditioning. Nice balcony. Good matresses in big beds with the usual high pillows. Very reasonable prices (roughly 170.000 Kip per night).

  We had nice room, very quiet one. But I'm afraid not all rooms are like that.
  Everything is clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay. In short: basic guesthouse for chip price. Very decent one. Can recommend it.
