  Great place and modestly priced, though we arrived in town late and there was nowhere to eat. Fill up before you get there!

  Definitely one of the better Laos 100000k guesthouses- pleasant aspect, clean and bright inside- good shower Wi-fi fine (to Laos standards 😉).

  Very clean, very well maintained. Well appointed rooms, air-conditioning and large comfy beds. Decent Wifi, low but consistent signal from my room. Good shower and toilet, soap and drinking water provided. Great value!

  70,000 for a nice fan room.
  Hot Water/TV(probably thai channels??)/good mattress/good wi-fi.
  A/C is 100,000.
  Price as april 7, 2017.
  I saw 3 other guesthouses but never check them out.
  Came to this one base on the reviews I had read about it.
