  Unless you happen to visit during a special event this place is one very big empty shell. The only permanent tenant is a grocery store with variety but very limited selection.

  This is just an empty hall for most of time. There is a goods fare once or twice a month.
  However, there is a supermarket, Tangfreres, at the first floor which opens daily from 9 am until 9 pm
