  There’s 4 of these in Luang Probang alone. They have an official website and call themselves a chain. I was looking to get a wax. Something they all advertise they do with the prices clearly stated. I went into 3 of them they said “oh sorry no”. After some googling i realised id maybe gone into the wrong ones. I decided to message the official facebook group (linked on their webpage) to see if they even did waxing and if i could be fitted in today. They replied with yes they did and yes i could come today. So i walked all the way to the spa i had missed to be told with “no we dont do do” i then asked do your other spa’s do? “No no, no waxing at our spas” I showed them the messages & asked why do you lie to be met with a giggle and no. I then asked why do you advertise it if you dont do it? Nothing. I walked out annoyed. A little tip for you guys, dont advertise something if you dont do it (with prices next to it) and dont lie & say you provide a service. They probably dont even offer half of what they advertise they do here.

  Ich war negativ überrascht wie schlecht die Leistung war. Hatte zuvor keine Bewertungen gelesen. Die Fussmassage ging noch - wie viele schreiben eher eine Streichmassage aber gut gemacht und an dem Tag das Richtige. Eine Katastrophe war die Maniküre! Die Dame schnitt mir in 2 Finger ! Insgesamt war sie mir zu hektisch und drückte häufig mit ihren spitzen Nägeln in meine Nagellhaut. Beim Auftragen wurden die Nägel komplett ausgemalt was ich nicht so gern mag. Ich ließ länger trocknen bevor ich ging - jedoch bekamen fast alle Nägel noch am selben Abend große Macken - d.h. schlechter Lack. Am Folgetag bat ich freundlich darum einige Nägel neu zu lackieren und zeigte die Beschädigungen. An den Daumen 1/3 weggewischt.
  Das gab ein Theater - Telefoniererei mit der Chefin - und dann das Angebot für 15.000 5 Nägel neu zu machen. Ich sagte ich zahle nicht es ist eine Reklamation. Da wurde erstmal komplett verweigert und ich musste energischer werden.
  Meiden Sie diesen Spa.

  Doesn't feel like a massage. More like someone slightly touching your feet for an hour. Wouldn't visit again.
