Clean, good price, in a great central location
All right. In this town you spend one night and move on
Cheap and well located room. Not clean, super dusty and many spider webs and stains. Bathroom in poor condition specially the WC. Hope not to catch any bugs! There is hot/cold water device in the room and 2 tea cups, great if you carry your own tea! (Tea cups smelled like herbal tea so not clean) good room sice and matress confortable
Owners were terrifically helpful. Helped exchange my kip to baht and when no tuktuk could be found the boss had driven me to the border.
Room was exemplary considering the 60000kip spent. Had a great sleep
We stayed here for one night, our room was fairly clean.
We did have an air condition unit and a TV but there were no remotes for either of these so we couldn't use them at all.
Reception staff didn't seem to be around a massive amount but were friendly.
Common areas are very nice here but the wifi speed is very poor!
Love love loved this place. especially the guy that runs it. 70k for a private room w bathroom with fan and 100k for same with air con. They offer booking services and money exchange. They have breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Stayed before and after the gibbon experience (office is RIGHT next door) and he greeted me like an old friend and handed me the key to the same room when I got back :)
Great bargain with clean rooms (though some rooms looked a bit neglected - it looked like the owner was just trying to catch up on getting all rooms into shape), fairly large bathrooms (the typical SEA wet rooms), comfy bed, quiet (ask for a room in the back).
The Wifi on the top floor was a bit hit and miss and more miss than hit in my room no. 20. But it worked fine in the front of the building.
Suitable for a short stay. Bedroom was fine but the bathroom definitely needs to be renewed.
Cheap AC room but not very clean. Balconies on top floor are good.
the guy at the desk tried to sell the slow boat tickets more expensive trying to convince us that we were not going to have a sit on the following day, obviously a scam. Also cleaners tried to push us out of the room before check out time.
OK for one night stay but would rather go somewhere else next time.
The bad first: no remote control to TV. The windows is closed in with a two latch locks. The bathroom is mildew, toilet cover has black dots on it. The soap holders are dirty. The door to the bathroom is mildew, and in need of cleaning or something.
Good things: But other than that, the place is ants free, I was not eaten by mosquitoes, two big balconies to get together, chill, local people watching.
The location is great. For $20 a night is a good price, on the main road, is a good pricing.
Quite cheap if you negotiate, we got a twin room for 60,000 kip. But that's it. Room was not dirty but could have been cleaner. Bathroom definitely the worst on my trip so far and needs a renovation. My friend also got a few bed bug bites.
Nice balcony with a beauty view of the Mekong river the sun sets right over top. The owner is very nice and helpful. This was the good part the bad was the bed bugs I was bitten all night in the morning when we proceeded to pay their was no money taken off the morning staff could not understand English so they said.
Good for a short stay. Convenient, bed okay. Noisy staff and guests, talking and banging doors.
This place is nice and we have balcony on the third floor and the rooms are near the Mekong river. I'm working here if you have time to stay here please by Yong.
Very helpful staff. We left a bag at immigration and they helped us get it back. Also booked the slow boat with them as well. The facilities were also good.
