Location was nice and central. Rooms are extremely basic. There was only tiny bottle of shampoo and soap for 3 people room. Needed to ask and collect more at reception. Staffs were very poor in English and lack of local knowledge. I can't ask direction, restaurant or anything.

Unfriendliest check in ever. The guy could barely speak English and couldn’t find our Agoda booking. Then tried to make us pay for the room. They didn’t actually have the room type we had booked. Would not recommend this place - there are heaps of other options in town.

Please do not stay here. Booked and payed for 2 months in advance and after arriving from the airport dealing with reception was very hard as they didn't understand any English. Provided a booking confirmation and the paypal receipt and they did not acknowledge my booking, making us pay in full again with cash. Worst hotel I have experienced in my travels.

It may look nice from the outside but the rooms were shocking, i cant even describe how bad the bathroom was put together making it extemely dangerous, tried my hardest to commuincate with the staff asking simple questions but not one staff member spoke English and were very rude about it just ignoring and brushing me away. Had to repay a whole booking because they couldnt find our reservation even tho we brang multiple payment confirmation. Breakfast included but even when it opened all the food was cold. I would highly urge peoole to stay away from this place as it was a nightmare from the beginning.

Where to begin, we booked directly on their websites bringing both the hotel confirmation and paypal reciept and they had no record of our booking. So we had to repay the full amount in cash to check in. Not only where the facilities filthy and terrible, so to were the staff and restaurant. There is no house keeping at all so we had to find somewhere in town to wash our own clothes, but I didn’t realised we were expected to wash the hotels linel aswell, as they charged me 100,000 kip because my towel was to dirty and they can’t wash it. Place is an absolute joke, do your self a favour and stay as far away as you can. I wish There was a lower rating system. Worst hotel i have ever experienced.
