Location is not good but terrible unless you come with car. No place of interest nearby . Breakfast is not a joy but mandate. Coffee was almost Nescafé if it was not Nescafé. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Booom boom noise from basement bar somehow reaches to even 8th floor. The noise was disturbing every night till midnight. My 8th floor room was not in comfortable temperature but lukewarm or warm. I asume air condition unit can not handle the load of heat from roof slab which receives scorching sun light. Building was designed architecturally and room was clean. After all, I can not understand why many give 5stars to this hotel. There are better options in Vientiane center area.

Over good. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, but location requires 50k kip ride one way to go anywhere and food is around 40k+ kip for simple meals. 1 beer and food easily added up to 400B.

Fantastic hotel. A beautiful building with amazing staff that are always to help. The facilities are more than enough for your needs and the staff speak very good English. Especially Mr. Alex who always made sure we were comfortable and gave us some really good tips for things to do in the area. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful and unique, boutique hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Mr. Alex the head of hospitality is kind and accommodating, he speaks very good English and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast that is included is delicious that caters to a wide variety of food tastes. The rooms are clean and simple with a great selection of complentory items.

Great newer hotel with pool and 12 floors. The service and staff at hotel is very high, very good. They have free bicycles at disposal, very useful for sunset along night market. The hotel is 10 mins bike from this. Pool, gym and breakfast is great!!

Really nice hotel, exceptionally friendly staff. My room was excellent except the bathroom had a weird smell and shower really needed a shower curtain or something (water everywhere!). Great views, free breakfast, gym (for a hotel) and pool. I definitely would stay again.

As expected excellent service again :) been here more than 1 year and a half before for business too - with most pleasure again a very welcoming relaxing environment and keeping in touch with Laos forever :) Phonepasith san, khawp jai lai lai!

btw the photos are from yesterday at the historical site with the huge jars and Vietnam war bomb craters near Phongsavan up north. That is a 8-10 hours 4wheel drive via Pakxan from Vientiane. We happened to be there so we didn't want to miss it. very impressive. And the locals take the visit as an opportunity to put their best traditional costums on, especially the beautiful girls ;)

Slightly out of the centre this is an excellent hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. Swimming pool. The service is superb 🌟 nothing is to much trouble. They organized our tour's which were first class and value for money. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice they go the extra mile to make your holiday complete

Lovely Hotel with comfy rooms and great staff.

We booked the hotel a view times during our 4 week stay in Laos. The staff recognised us every time and was really helpful with all desires we had (SIM card, Tour to the Nam Ngum Lake, Bustickets etc.). The beds are very comfy, the rooms are very clean. We arrived early on our Check in day and left late at the last day. We were allowed to use the pool before Check in and after Check out. The hotel is a great choice! !!

Great hotel for the price. Rooms are unique and very clean. Staff was also very helpful. They have a restaurant/bar below the hotel for a little nightlife experience. Only down side its always a taxi drive if you want to go somewhere which adds up if you do a few trips. Perfect place if you want to relax before going to the airport

I liked the design of the place, but the location was terrible. A scooter will be necessary, but they don't rent them at the hotel (and the front desk can't recommend a good rental shop, either). Front desk staff were nice but generally confused, and the bathroom sink or drain smelled like fish sauce for two days.

first thing you will notice is the kind helpful staff and a contemporary while industrial styled decor. a very nice pool and gym are very nice additions.
but then you will notice the location, though a very small city/town, far enough away from center I need to rent a motor bike. it's not like it's a busy or loud city that you looking to get away from.
a great hotel but there are far too many places way more convenient. else i would have given a 5 star rating, it's really a nice hotel just a rather inconvenient location.

Just outside town but stil in walking distance from the city centre.
What a design, just loved it!!!
Very comfortable beds, good shower, very good breakfast, good WiFi but above all : Very helpful manager! Very good staff,friendly, speak very well English. Good management! Congratulations!

Simply amazing. The rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful - there was always someone at the front desk that spoke good English. Definitely lives up to its name as a design hotel! Can't recommend this place highly enough.
