Small, beautiful and quiet.
Very clean and peace. Greet take away food and eat here.
A park overlooking a confluence is a rare thing in Asia. This has been well designed with access to the rivers. Sometimes you can listen to music from the nearby temple.
Small park at the end of the road with one Cafe at the corner. Good view and chill with environment.
It’s where two rivers meet, one feeding the other and each distinguishable by their color. The mighty and raging Mekong is muddy brown, while the slow-moving Nam Khan is a darker shade. A good place to pass the time. Trees make for a comfortable and breezy visit. There is an expensive restaurant nearby and some cheaper ones along Khem Khong Road.
Nice place to relax and unwind after walking the peninsular, just sit back and soak in the views. However, be prepared with your insect repellent else you'll be plagued if you want to spend any extended amount of time sitting in the shade.
Nice place, one of the few silent and green places in Luang Prabang.
Great view especially on sunrise
Nice Landscape
One of few peaceful places left in LP
Great view point where Nam Khan River meets Mekong river
This park is a green oasis in Luang Prabang, a town where public spaces are usually concrete or paving. To find a pace with nice benches, real grass, beautifully maintained gardens and a spectacular view is a real treat.
The view is of the confluence of the Mekong and the Nam Khan rivers and changes depending on the season and the amount of rain. It's a photo opportunity not to be missed.
