  Great view to the river and hills but the rooms really need renovations, 150000 kip is to much for this condition.

  Family-run guesthouse with basic rooms and service (bed, air cond, tv, towels, toilet paper) Coffee/tea and bananas available in lobby. Reserved room with riverview in Nov 2016. Pros - Great location, decent bed, balcony with river view, friendly dog. Cons - no wifi signal in our room due to router position (should add another router), staff could be friendlier to guests, early morning noise from construction of 2 nearby guesthouses.

  The rooms are big and clean, but it is very very noisy, It is between two bars. Get a receipt for the room, or else they will charge you twice for the room.
