Without a doubt the finest food to be had on the Thakek loop. Although I can’t claim the credit for being so bold as to order a shakshuka in Laos, a friend did and won the day’s breakfast. Better than Sabaidee’s kitchen without a doubt.

Decent option for simple meals, but don't hold your breath for anything amazing. You're basically paying for the view -- for food, go across the street to the Sabadee Guesthouse & Restaurant, where you'll get much better fare for comparable prices.
