サワナケートのバスターミナルから南東に徒歩で凡そ30～40分の距離（サワナケート銀行街の一つ手前のソイ）にあるホテル。タイでもよく見かける簡易リゾート形式の長屋タイプのホテルで宿泊客は大概マイカーで乗り付けている事から察するに、現地のラオス人にとっても相当に不便な立地にあるのであろう。ホテルの外観はショボいが中の客室自体は適度に広く、とにかく静かな環境が素晴らしい。壁紙が剥がれていたり、薄暗いなどのアラも散見されるが許容範囲内。ガス給湯方式のシャワー・ふかふかしたベットは至極快適。宿泊は500バーツ（朝食無し）からとラオス国内のホテルとしては至ってリーズナブル。ラオスにしてはWifi接続の安定性・通信速度共に良好である。付属のレストランもあるが、実際に稼動しているかは不明。

Not the best hotel on earth but the best quality price in Savannakhet and the only one with a swimming pool in town

Old, low maintenance, no professional housekeeping, not worth 660 baht, probably 250. There are so many hotels around here charge 250 for this kind of quality. But if you want a good swimming pool, this is the place.

The hotel's boss is really nice! I arrived before 5am in the morning, and he just asked the front desk to check in early than it should have been, with no charge. The room is quite traditional Lao, with large space and large restroom. Though the equipment is not so new, it's clean.
