  Original beef noodles in Pakse. Nowadays they offer more dishes but the signature one is obviously beef noodles.

  Very good place for Vietnamese pho ( beef noodle). The Lao equivalent of Korean BBQ is really good here as they use the best cuts of fresh beef. Family owned and operated
