Cancelled my reservation 1 hour ago before I arrived, I just know when I tried to check in, I already paid the room 3 months ago, so how evil the boss is?! Now I am wandering in the town with my language, How bad the boss is!

Good location, friendly staff BUT the blanket was so dirty and there were BED BUGS. Still annoyed with that :/

Bo and his family have been lovely and very helpful. Bo took me to get a new tyre after I burst mine, driving into the kerb. It was a hire car from Vientiane. We discovered that the spare in the boot was soft and there was no wheels spanner. Bo did lots of running about for me to help, then he and his father changed the wheel then when I flattened the battery the next day, Bo drove me around looking for jump cables to buy then gave me a jump start when we found some.
Bo was very accommodating and moved me rooms a few times till I was satisfied with the room. I stayed here for a week and loved it. I stayed in four different rooms on all three floors during my stay.
The rooms were spacious and clean with air conditioning, fan and also ensuite. There is a TV in each room with movies and CNN. Clean linen and towels with daily servicing of the rooms, all provided. There is soap in small packets provided but no other bathroom products.
In three of the four rooms I stayed in, there was a verandah / outdoor seating attached to the room.
Coffee and tea are provided in the foyer all day with hot water, cups and spoons available. There is also a small fridge in the foyer (I did not utilise this and assume it was for patrons to use).
There are hot water showers in the bathroom, toilet and sink. Bottles of drinking water and toilet roll are provided in the bedrooms.
The beds are all a little hard but the pillows are very comfortable. There are no bedside table lamps which would be a great addition.response / report this review -
