  Arrived there 8.5. at approx. 20h00 with a long deep cut on my forehead; a cut I got by walking into a noodle cart with a unprotected zinc rooflet.
  A nurse attended immediately to the cut, disinfected the wound and got a doctor to look at the cut. He suggested four stitches and a tetanus injection; professionally administered and attended to.
  On leaving I paid the equivalent of USD 14 for the entire, very kind, careful and attentive treatment. Went back the following morning to redress the wound; again done with great care and hygienic standards - at no costs (which resulted in a tip for the box for those who would arrive with no money at all). The next day went for a final redressing of the wound.
  Had the stitches yesterday in my hometown Bangkok, a private hospital, which confirmed a very professional job; the removal of stitches was USD 30.
  While it looks (and is) a run down medical facility I would not praise all the staff more; they are doing a sterling job under meagre conditions.
  
  Thank all of you nameless people - I am very grateful for the attention you dedicated to this unfortunate accident due to clumsiness of me.
