Fan room was well appointed but has seen better days.
Toilet was a slow drain and noisy extractor fan couldn't be turned off individually from mains. Beds were very comfortable and room had nice windows.
Family lives downstairs and uses the facilities so it has a bit of a home stay feel.
Location was central and reasonably quiet.
Had washing done here for 10k per kg and was cleaned well. Fan room was value at 90000 kip per night.

Отличный хостел за 10 долларов/номер. Тихая улица, рядом с центром. WiFi на втором этаже практически не ловит.

Very nice guesthouse owned by a lovely family. It is very well located, close to road 13 and all the restaurants area. But as it is just one street away from road 13, it is a very quiet and peaceful place. The rooms are cozy and clean. Yo can have a double bedroom with fan for 80000 kip, with free wifi, television and hot shower included. Moreover, they have a safe room for luggage storage where you can store your stuffs for free if needed. Finally, you have access to a microwave and a kettle if needed too. The woman managing the place is very friendly and helpful. We've checked plenty of guesthouses when we arrived in Paksé, and according to us, this one was one of the best value for money. Peaceful, friendly staff and nice rooms!!!
