Small car rental managed by a lao and a lao chinese/japanese roots. Located not far from that luang. Serving mainly chinese customers for the ability of speaking chinese by one of the manager. Weak points unstable rates, not full insurance neither they inform customer about that, within the city and outside differentiate rates with no logic. Staff friendly and some with good english
