시설 괜찮고 조금 비싸지만 세탁서비스도 있어요

구글지도 위치가 틀려 이호텔 예약한손님이 나의가게에 와서 물어서 전화통화후 어렵게 찿아갔다.
호텔명도chitchareune mouangluang hotel luang prabang 인데 아고다 예약은 muang luang hotel 로받아 손님이 여러번 나의 가게로 와서 길을묻는다. 리셉션 여직원에게 구글지도 수정을 부탁했지만 퉁명스럽게 아주 불쾌한어조로 고칠수가 없단다 내가생각하기엔 호텔명을 두개로 사용하는 것같다. 하나를 삭제하던가 해야지 손님들이 호텔 찿는데 꽤 헛시간을 낭비하고 고생한다 결국은 내가 루앙프라방을 찿는 손님들의 편의를 위해 바쁜시간을 쪼개 수정을 제안한다

This hotel was ok. The rooms were a little tired and dated, but perfectly okay for a couple of night's stay.
The pool area was nice - a great way to cool off at the end of a long day's touring around Luang Prabang!
It looks like they are building a whole lot of new villas and rooms down the side and back of the property. They were nearly finished when I stayed there. These should be nice when they finally open.
The staff, despite limited English, were lovely (hey - they're Laotian!) and did their best to help out in whatever way they could. Breakfast was a simple affair but easily enough available to set you up for the day.
There was nothing wrong with this hotel per se - it's just a little well tired.response / report this review -
