We rented two motorbikes from Miss Noy (Honda Wave 100cc semi automatic and Honda Click automatic 125cc). We originally rented them for 5 days to do Pakse Loop but ended up keeping the bikes for 11 days and traveling further afield around Southern Laos. The bikes were in excellent condition. Miss Noy provided some great maps and tips for places to visit. Thanks to these we changed our travel plans and saw amazing things we never knew to see. Miss Noy kept our passports, which is normal for Laos. It also meant we didn’t have to worry about keeping the passports dry in rain. On return of the bikes there were no issues or discussions. One bike had scratches when we left and NO accusation was made against us on our return. The whole operation was professional and I highly recommend Miss Noys motorbike shop in Pakse.

Great place to rent a motorbike in Pakse. My friend and I were only staying for 2 days in Pakse and we were recommended to go to see Yves (the Belgian owner) and his wife Miss Noy. The two of them are really nice and funny, they are doing a great job there. Finally the price of the renting is around 60, 000 Kip (7-8$) for a semi Manual Moto that we took, 55,000 Kip if you plan to rent it for 2 days.

Definitely recommend it

This comment is not about motorbike rental! It's about Train booking. We have been charged 1.130.000 Kip for two 1st class train tickets from Ubon to Bangkok including minivan from Pakse to Ubon. The price on the list refers to the more modern and comfortable Train at 18:30, but we were put onto the old train at 19:30 instead, receiving tickets worth total 2.360 Thai Baht, wich is only 620.000 Kip! So you don't get what you pay for. We gave miss noy several chances to explain the overpriced charging and the fact that we were put onto the wrong train, but in the end we got no satisfying answer. So don't book any train tickets here! Better book either the expensive and comfortable Train or the cheaper one on your own and just book a minivan to Ubon so that you have full control over the price of the train ticket!

They sell bus train airplane tickets to Laos and any other countries in southeast. You can also rent a motorbike, buy a local tour here, have a pay laundry and free shower upstairs although it's cold water but a really good extra service for travelers who get sweaty all day and have to take a 10hrs sleeping bus at night. You can also put your big backpack here.
The store is hold by a French guy and his Lao wife(I think her name is the store name Noy).
There are many travelers here to get some good information from the French boss. He'll tell you everything.

Lets start off with the positive part, they speak English very well, as a French guy is part of the company. They offer you some sort of briefing when you want to rent a motorbike.
However they want to take your passport as a deposit, which is not even allowed! It is not possible to get a theft insurance for the motorbike and the risk to get it stolen is fairly high.
You will get a chain lock to decrease the risk, but you could never be sure that this is enough.

So in the end: the people are nice, the bikes look okay, but remind that you are accepting the risk of losing around 1500US$ when it got stolen. And you will have to pay, as your passport is in their hands.

Enthusiastic, passionate and generous customer service. Renting from this super friendly couple, you feel you have entered a circle of care. Not only will they take as much time as you need to discuss routes and accommodation suggestions, but you'll get a bike in good condition and Yves and Noy even scrambled around to get me extra pack straps before my trip, sourced me a box to pack some roadside shopping in for my flight home, and then rushed to the airport to bring me a bag I'd forgotten.
This is more than a motorcycle rental place - it's a full-care tour company.

The people from Miss Noy are really helpfull and honest people. Every day at 18:00 there is a detailed explanation about the trips you can make. He really takes the time to tell everything and give answers to your questions. They provide a map with the loops from the Bolaven, tell you at which places you can stay and eat and how much tis will be, what to do, or don't do. They are transparant about the risks and costs and helpfull with how to ride and threath a motorbike. Would highly recommend them!

Great motorbikes.
No problem at all : perfect breaks, no moving mirrors, full strength Best motorbikes we rented in Asia so far ! Thanks to the great mechanic team of Miss Noy.
My boyfriend and I rented one motorbike each (100 cc Honda) to do the Boloven loop in 3 days, then to go to 4000 islands by West coast river (Champasak side) which I recommend if you are a bit adventurous (dirty and bumby sand roads, shaky bridges, wood ferrys But wonderful !) So for one week, not one single problem.
You can trust them !

Great! Yves explained us everything you need to know about Bolaven plateau, he taught us how to drive a motorbike and he rent us a motorbike for 7 usd per day. Our holiday wouldn't have been the same without coming here!

arguably the best spot in pakse to get clear, up to date information together with the rental service. for those renting a motorbike and doing either small or big loop around bolaven plateau, yves patiently gives a witty but essential information session every evening at 18.00. this gives great insider tips.

Absolutely perfect service!! For perfect motorbike and explanation of way which you choose - ca 3 motorbike loop. They will give give you map and say you which places are the best, where you can stop, sleep, eat, where is it dangerous, where are safe place for parkingjust perfect!!!! Similar prices to everywhere else on that street, bikes are good and good policy on rental time flexibility, they also give a good map and explanation of the plateau and places of interest to stop at. Just make sure you bring the bikes back without any dirt or such on them otherwise you'll get accused of dropping it and then get a lecture on the lack of virtue in lying that will leave a bit of a sour taste. Good for booking onward travel as well.
