  L'homme qui tient le bureau est plus que désagréable (et je reste polie). Après avoir demandé combien de kips je pourrais avoir pour 100€, il m'a directement pris l'argent des mains puis m'a rendu des kips. Je les lui ai rendus et je lui ai dit que je voulais juste avoir le montant Il a refusé de me redonner l'argent et m'a dit d'aller voir ailleurs.
  Il comprend tout à fait l'anglais puisqu'il a su comment m'insulter sans problème
  Je ne recommande absolument pas ce bureau. Le taux est le même à l'aéroport.

  It has the best USD to Kip exchange rates. As of this review USD1=LAK 8,360 whereas nearby exchanges were selling at 8,300. Unfortunately they didn't have change for a $100 note when I needed only $40 on one occasion.

  정말불친절!최악중에최악.달러 교환하는데 50달러 주고 죄송하지만 30달러만 교환해달라했더니 아무말없이 나가버림..기다리다 익스큐즈미 하니까 손짓으로 가라고 하더니 들어와서 창문닫아버리네요.어이도없고황당했어요

  I has been cheated by this shop. They sold me a SIM card - 1GB (they said can access Internet for 7 days) - 40,000 kip, but only 200MB. When I go back to ask for help. The guy just pretended can't speak English and shouted me loudly to drive me out. Very bad experience. And I just found out a normal SIM card just need 10,000 kip.
