Lovely place to stay. Breakfast very nice, staff just beautiful and welcoming. Just across from many restaurants. So much greenery around the streets. 2 mins from centre of town. Very happy with our stay

Good location and great staffs! Had the patio ground floor room. It is in good size and has a great garden patio that I could smoke and have my breakfast to see the world goes by, and there’s a small river by the side with water sound that’s actually very soothing to me. The staffs are so attentive and helpful and when I came back home late after drinking almost every night , he actually woke up to open the front door for me to get in. Breakfast till 10.30am is ala carte from the menu but enough to fill my stomach for the morning. Serves great coffee and generous cut fresh fruits. Totally enjoyed my stay while in Luang Prabang. WiFi was not too good. Can be noisy. Cleanliness can be improved especially in the toilet and towels. Sasa cruise is right in front of the hotel! Good restaurants are just walking distance away!

Everything about this hotel has been perfect for us. The location is fantastic snack central in the riverside restaurant strip, a block away from the more noisy and busy market street. Of course in this location it is not "peaceful and secluded", but that is not what you expect when you are staying downtown! The staff are fantastically friendly We feel very welcome and looked after. The room is clean and nice, and the all important bathroom is too.

Pleasant place that is made better by the staff. They really are pleasant and helpful.
Good location near the Mekong River, close to everything but still very quiet.
The beds are comfortable and no complaints. Good water pressure and the water can get hot fast so be careful.
Breakfast is made to order. I was never able to get past the banana pancakes to try other foods. They are more like a Dutch Baby. I would use the fresh fruit bananas that come with breakfast to have even more banana on my pancake. Also the bananas are similar to the Apple Bananas you find in Hawaii.
There is AC but did not need with the cool evenings in December.response / report this review -

Cute family run hotel. Spacious room, clean bathroom with good shower and nice breakfast. Nice view out to river and easy walking distance to night market (2 mins).

We stayed here for three nights. On arrival the staff were efficient and the check in was easy, they speak good English. The hotel is located next to the Mekong river and has great views from the balconies. The room was large had a comfortable bed. The room had a safe and complementary water each day. Breakfast was served outside,edible but basic. Staff can arrange transfers to and from the airport. All in all an ok stay

Arrived then told me they did not honour my reservation made 3 months ago. Did not help to accommodate me in other places, simply gave me an address of a guesthouse, much farther, lower class, and remote location. Avoid!

The hotel is very close to tourist attraction point. Just 10 minutes away from Mount Phu Sy and Night market. Their staffs are really polite. The great thing about the room is you can see a view of Mae Khong river.

Es gibt für wahr bessere Hotels, doch das authentische Gebäude aus der französischen Kolonialzeit kombiniert mit der freundlichen Inhaber Familie, die sich um die Gäste sehr bemüht, bereiteten mir im Dezember 2015 einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Luang Prabang.
