Even though we paid in advance we were asked to move out to hotel next door so the owner could rent his hotel solely for a Chinese group. Bad business practice. Only positive here was the polite and helpful Vietnamese desk manager, Vu.

Under new management for last 2 months. New owners were extremely customer focused. Good location, 2 free bottle water daily, breakfast can be ordered, can organise transfers, bikes etc. The best and hottest shower I have come across in SEA. Monsoon head as well! Extremely good value for money in Luang Prabang. Recommend staying here.

Excellent Services. Nice and friendly Staff. Good location that is near the center (about 5 minutes in walking). Normal Facilities but it's value for the gueshouse with the medium price!

Didn't prebook and offered 80000 kip for double fan room (single occ). Had a nice quiet room ensuite with hot shower. Room comes with TV (didn't use) and a fridge which was ideal. Really good wifi connection and was able to work in my room. Room also has a little dresser with mirror and stool. Also a hanging space for clothes. I ended up staying here for 5 nights. I booked my bus to Vientiane which included tuk tuk pick up but they ended up driving me to the bus station themselves and also helped get my ticket and get me on the right bus. Guesthouse is about a 10 minute walk to the night market and there are restaurants nearby. Really liked the quiet location but being close to everything.

We stayed in this guesthouse as it was recommended in our old addition of lonely plane (about 8 to 10 years old). The staff were very friendly and had good English but a single night was enough for us before moving on to somewhere nicer in Luang Prabang. But it is a budget guesthouse and it does offer good value for money.
