Spent our first couple of nights in Laos here after cycling up from Stung Treng. The place is super relaxed, a great price and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Food is as affordable as you're likely to find across the two islands and decent size portions. It was tough to say goodbye! Definitely the place to stay on Don Det.

Beautiful old wooden building over looking the Mekon. Lovely family run guest house. With lots of room to chill upstairs in hammocks over looking the river and watch the sun go down.
