  Very friendly staff and fair prices. The guy who talked to us spoke very good english. This seems to be the place to go if you want to hire a guide!
  
  Also keep in mind that it's operated by an NGO - all the money they make goes into a fund :)

  We where there today “alone“. We could not find anybody there. (Door was opened)
